We had our first official family trip to Maui. We also celebrated 7 years of marriage and my birthday! We stayed at a beautiful resort that we will for sure go back to! Ford had strep throat before we left on the trip, but seemed to be doing great until he woke up on the second morning with a very swollen face and lips. Poor guy had mono along with strep throat and the antibiotic used to treat his strep gave him an allergic reaction because he had mono too! So after a trip to the clinic in Maui, blood work and a new antibiotic he was good after a few days. We still managed to have 10 days full of fun and sun in paradise. We were so sad to leave and can't wait to go back!
