I love tractors!!!

Ford is ALL boy and LOVES tractors, trucks and cars!!! We have started remodeling our front yard and hired a guy and his awesome tractor to come out and demo the yard! Ford was in heaven!!! I think he might of gotten a sore throat from making so many tractor noises! The tractor guy was so nice and let Ford try out the tractor! He was in total awe!!

 

 

He stood in front of the window and watched his every move! He was making tractor noises the whole time and saying "Uhh-Ohh" everytiime the tractor ripped something up!

The tractor came back a second time and it was just as much fun!

I am 19 months old!

It's hard for me to believe that my baby is 19 months old, but at the same time it seems like the older he gets the more fun we are having! Our house is almost always filled with giggles and smiles! Ford is a little wild man and into everything, but we wouldn't have it any other way! Here are some facts about Ford at 19 months:

 

 

*He is always talking talking talking!!! He has tons of words, some that we know and some that we don't!

*He calls a bus an "us", he calls his toy lawnmower, elephants and apples "la la"!

*He knows all his body parts and  his favorite are chin and back!

*He is pretty good with animal sounds especially animals that roar, but for some reason every time we ask him what a duck, bird and frog say he says "go go go!"

*His sound for a horse and sheep sound the same and they sound like a fake laugh!

*He is always on the move and runs everywhere he goes!

*He is so friendly and loves to say "hieeeee" and wave to people!

*He is obsessed with trucks, cars and tractors!

*He is so sweet and loves to give hugs and kisses especially to his Mama!

*Whenever he see a baby he always says "baaabee" and I always tell him you are my baby!

*After he takes a bath he runs all over the house naked and screaming like a wild man!

*We have recently started praying with him at night before bedtime, and now after we get him in his jammies he goes over and kneels down and folds his hands all by himself!

*He loves to be doing whatever Erik is doing! It is so sweet to see him just following him around!

*He is still a terrible eater! He hardly eats anything and will only eat like 4 things. It's a daily struggle in our house!

First official hair cut!

Ford had his first official haircut and he did great! I had trimmed the back of his hair a few times, but this cut was official! I took him to my sweet friend who cuts my hair, and she was very impressed with how well he did, and you can tell by the pics he was impressed with how good he looked in the mirror!!!

He have had some really hot days in the past few months, so we thought we would break out the old plastic pool! Don't be too impressed though, we filled it with warm water!

Daily Adventures!

Ford is such a little active wild man which is why we get out of the house as early as possible and go out on an "adventure"! Ford absolutely loves to be outside, so our adventures usually entail a run on the beach trail for me, and then playing and exploring on the beach! Ford loves to play in the water, climb on top of anything, play with sticks, dig holes in the sand and then get in the hole and on occasion eat a handful of sand. I almost never have my camera, but I try to capture our fun on my iPhone. I feel so blessed that I get to stay home with Ford and soak up all these little moments that will pass by way too fast! When it's warm enough I let him get in the water. He could careless that the water is freezing cold!
