One day....

....He will probably not be so happy with this post, but I just couldn't help myself this is too cute!!!

He loves to stand up now and hold onto his crib, and I thought why not let's just take his diaper off!!

Look at that little snaggle tooth!!!

I am 9 months old!!!

Our sweet boy is 9 months old!!! There are no words to say how much I love being his Mom. He is such an incredibly happy little boy. He hardly ever cries and loves to give out smiles even to total strangers. We are so blessed to have such a happy and healthy baby! He has totally captured our hearts, and we just couldn't love him anymore. Here are some facts about Ford at 9 months

*He weighs 20 lbs. 3.5 oz. (60th percentile) 29 inches long (75th percentile) and head circumference 18 5/8 inches (98th percentile). He's long and lean like is Daddy!

*He has soooo much personality and is so friendly and social!

*He is pretty much always in a good mood and always smiling!!!

*He has SOOO much personality and is a total ham!!!

*He can say mama, dada, papa, fafa (he only whispers papa and fafa) , and baba, but I don't think any of those words mean anything just yet!

*He is wild, wild wild. Always moving and looking for something to grab.

*He isn't crawling yet, but he gets up on all fours and starts rocking. It's coming soon!!!

*He just rolled from his back to his stomach for the first time on 4/21/12

*He loves to give kisses, hugs and when I say "love Mama" he lays his head on my shoulder....MELT!!!

*He is very loud and very vocal! Fake coughing, gurgling and snorting are some of his favorite noises!

*When I sing "If you're happy and you know it clap your hands" he claps his hands.

*He loves iPhones and laptops and will do anything to get his hands on them!

*He already has his favorite toys.

*He gives his stuffed animals kisses!

*He loves music and now loves to dance. I see him in the car moving his head to the beat of the music!

*He still just has one tooth, but there has been A LOT of drooling lately, so I am sure we are due for a new one!!!

*He loves to mimic me. He nodes his head up and down and open and closes his mouth when I am talking.

*He is finally back on track of being a good sleeper! He sleeps from 7pm until about 6am.

*He takes two 1 1/2 to 2 hour naps.

*He is still in a swaddle (yes I know he's 9 months old!), but the last 3 nights he has slept in just a modified sleep sack (my mom sewed the arm holes closed, and we just zip him all the way up in it!).

*He loves to eat, but doesn't want to feed himself. He prefers I feed him all his food. When I put food on his tray he just looks at me with his mouth open!!

*When we ask him "where's Cooper" he looks for him and smiles when he sees him.

*The spitting up is so much better, but he still has the occasional puke which is usually on me!

*He loves to feel and scratch different textures.

*He is starting to take interest in reading books. Right now his favorite is "Where's baby's Belly Button" flip book.

Warm weather cold water!!!

We had beautiful weather this weekend, and spent most of it at the beach! Ford loves to go to the beach, play in the sand and watch Cooper swim in the water. He is not a fan of the cold ocean water...who really is???? Our fair skinned boy spent most of the time in the shade of our umbrella, but we got out in the sun and water for a short bit!!!!

Not a fan of the cold water on his feet!!! The face he is making in this picture looks so much like my brother!!!

My Favorite Subject!

I have been learning how to use the different settings on our camera, and as usual I am shooting my favorite subject. I never seem to tire of taking pictures of this sweet face!

Yay Dada!!!

For the last few days Ford has almost said "Dada", but this morning it came out loud and clear!!! It was so sweet to see how excited Erik was to hear those sweet little words!! When we use to tell Ford to say "Dada" he would say "Mama", and this morning we told him to say "Mama" he said "Dada"!!! Erik had a big smile on his face!!!

Ford LOVES Cooper and watches his every move! Cooper is so sweet to him even when Ford is pulling his hair out!!!

Or sticking his hand in his mouth!!

Little Wild Man!

I always talk about how wild Ford is and his "revving his motorcycle move", so here is a little taste of what my days are like with my little wild man! What will my days be like once he starts walking/running??????

I am 8 months old!

Our sweet boy is 8 months old and he is more fun, wilder, louder and has more personality than ever!!! He has gone from being a baby to a little boy overnight! He keeps us laughing and smiling, and brings us such pure joy!!! We love you sooooo much sweet Ford!! Here are some facts about Ford at 8 months.

*He is such a happy boy always smiling even at total strangers!

*He loves to laugh and make us laugh! I can already tell he is going to be a funny kid!

*He thinks tooting and burping are so funny. When he does it he looks at you to see if you're impressed!

*He never stops moving!! He is such a little wild man always on the move!

*He loves to feel and scratch different textures!

*He spits up a lot less then he use to, but still has an occasional puke!

*When he gets excited he moves his hands and looks like he is riding a motorcycle,

*He is very vocal and very loud! He grunts, screams, fake coughs and laughs really loud. I think he is going to be an early talker.

*He can say Mama and says it a lot (especially when he wakes up in the morning :)

*He can clap his hands and gives kisses, but only to his Mama!

*He cut his first tooth on March 15th and I can see his top two teeth making there way out.

*He dances and shakes his head to the beat of the music!

*He still takes 2 naps a day.

*He still goes to bed around 7, but since he has been teething he has not been a good sleeper at night.

*He LOVES to eat and will eat almost anything I feed him!

*He discovered cell phones and wants to play with them and put them in his mouth. He knows the iphone sounds and looks for our cell phones when her hears them.

*He loves to pull his socks off and chew on his toes!
